Charlotte Internet's Mail-Server |
Provides utilities to check your account without having to log into the Web Mail interface. This is an excellent resource to mointor your Junk E-mail folder as well as any other folders on your mail-account you need to mointor for activity. If it's Junk E-mail, there's no need to download unecessary e-mail into your computer. Just log in and delete it. In just minutes you can install the mail account monitoring software and start mointoring your mail account. When you have mail, just click the icon and you will automatically log into your account via your web browser.

Download and Unzip the file to being the Install Process. |

You'll receive a Security Warning, click on RUN. |

You see the InstallShield Wizard for SmarterMailMon, click on Next. |

License Agreement - Click Yes. |

Choose your location. We recommend you use the default location. Click Next. |

The program will complete installation, Click Finish. The SmartTools, Inc panel will display. |

Click Accounts (3 round icon left to right in the top of the panel) and add your Charlotte Internet E-mail Account. |

The Account Management window will open, click on Add. |

Add your Charlotte Internet Information:
Account Name - (you can call it anything here)
Server Name or IP Address - mail.charlotteinternet.com
E-mail Address or Username -
This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it
(or your domainname)
Password - your current password
Mail Server Type - Drop Down Menu - Select "SmarterMail" and check "IMAP" option
Web Mail Server - mail.charlotteinternet.com
Click Ok Twice |

The mail mointoring program will start checking your accounts and flash RED when you have mail. Click the flashing RED Letter Icon and then click on the folder and it will automatically launch your web browser.
